The nurses are great, with the exception of one. I had surgery and I was there for 4 days. My Dr. Told me he wanted me to start walking right away, so I did. I walked the hallways as much as possible.The nursing staff was very good to me, and they encouraged me to keep walking. With the exception of that one and if I remembered her name I would post it.she yelled at me in a way you would address a misbehaving child. The behavior of this facility is deplorable. When a patient is given a referral by another doctor, it's usually an indicator that something needs to be assessed. Rescheduling, unable to reach someone by telephone and blatantly being ignored via the portal tells me all I need to know. The current rating speaks for itself. I've cancelled my second attempted appointment since it wasn't a priority for you to see me sooner as you claimed you wanted to- on the ONE call you made to me in a month. I have been going there for awhile & have yet to see a Doctor. NP hasn't a clue. Been suffering for about a year. I found new Doc's with Penn Medicine. My PCP is still with WellSpan, thank God he is wonderful.
