Jason Kendzor, PA: Jason has given me the upmost compassionate and empathetic care. He actually puts the time and effort into creating an individualized care plan. I’ve struggled with migraines since age 10 after a concussion, never really saw the light at the end of the tunnel. He worked with me to find a plan of “prevention” and “emergency” meds for the rare occurrences when I do get migraines. I 100% recommend him to anyone in search of neurology care!
Tried to schedule appt for husband 4-5 months ago. Appt scheduled for 11am, today. Left early to get there. GPS got us lost. Kept trying to get to appt. Called office but was put on hold for 10 min, never answered phone. Arrived 6-10 min late so front staff said "the provider" said we had to reschedule. The appt allotted us 40 min. Why couldn't they take us and shorten appt? The staff said we could come back for a 4:20 appt. Wasting our time and gas. We don't live close by. Very angry?
The doctors are amazing, but the front desk staff are less than to be desired. They are very ride, talk condescending, and I don't quite understand why this is the only wellspan facility that doesn't allow you to add copays to your payment plan. And then they get sassy with you about asking.

Jason Kendzor is the best neurologist I've found in my life. I follow him wherever he goes and you should too. He is amazing. He genuinely cares for his patients and he HEARS YOU. Tell him Tosh said hello if you go see him. He is worth waiting for and worth your time.
