Very awful experience. I literally could have gone to cvs or Weis and gotten better service. I don’t how the person I dealt with is still practicing as a supposed doctor. She was so awful and cold. No bedside manor at all.
I’m a new patient I been having head pain pressure smelling of smoke over a year w no help by an ENT I saw my doctor she wanted me to see a Neurologist I decided to go to the ephrata office since I could get in faster it’s a 40 minute drive for me , so I was hoping I’d have a doctor that truly wanted to help me I will say the doctor I’m seeing is amazing Elaine Mellinger super nice very kind has been helpful an actually listens to me any questions I have or concerns fears etc she’s been supportive I met her a few times so fa... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Fisher for many years and I am thankful for them. I have always been pleased with my treatment. As good as it gets when it comes to healthcare.

They have always been kind in person and on the phone but today 11/28/22 I was attended by a lady named Jane, she was angry, she treated me very badly, she was not kind, she was rude, I would never want to talk to her again in my life, you should not have it in public, remember that the people we call have a health problem and we are looking for a solution, not a person who takes out their frustrations on us.Wellspan Neurology Ephrata.
