The check in system is an absolute joke. People who walked in after me were called back before me. When I questioned it, the staff was rude and condescending, because my time doesn't matter. Right, Wellspan? If you like waiting longer than you should, so other people who walked in after you can get seen first, then this is the perfect place to go.
Today 6/20/17 was my 2nd time coming to ready care. And both time all I waited was less than an hour. Staff is very courteous and very helpful to all my needs I will definitely come again if I have to. thank you to all for all you do.
It is very bad service, I waited for three hours with my daughter who had a temperature of 104 and when the doctor came for five minutes, then he sent a nurse to us to continue talking any medicine for high fever.
3-1/2 hours for maybe a total of 15 minutes of being seen by a doctor or nurse. Staff seems to jot know what they were doing most of them appeared to be in training. They actually forgot about me in the exam room because they didn't put my paperwork on the door. Terrible place to go
Thank goodness for them, I always get sick when my doctor is off or closed and it never takes too long.
Great care, quicker than registration which was painfully inefficient
What a horrible place! Two hour's waiting. I walked out.
Took my 9 y/o in for fever, sore throat, and cough symptoms. The Doctor barely looked at him, and I had to ASK HER to listen to his lungs!!! Since when is listening to a kid's lungs who has cough/fever symptoms something that needs to be requested? I feel like I am in a third-world country when sitting in this clinic. We only have to go here because of insurance reasons, otherwise I MUCH MUCH MUCH prefer Patient First!
