I had a test done in February. One I probably didn’t need in the first place - I received a bill after problems with my insurance. Was supposed to start my “elective induction” tonight and they told me to call ahead of time to make sure a bed was open, I called Labor and Delivery and spoke to a woman named Wanda and she was very rude, told me I couldn’t come in tonight, and when I had a couple questions on what I’m supposed to do further, she hung up on me. So now I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I’m lost on what to do about everything.

Unprofessional.. Refusing service unless they scan a photo ID into their system, with no valid reason to support doing so. Unethical.

Call to set up a appointment today. Dr office sent in referral last week. I only knew of the office information from email that I received and link to chart to pay co-pays etc. She stated that they have no app and they do not send emails. After waiting several days.
