This office front desk has zero consideration for their patient/clients. I did arrive over 10 min late having my gps take me to apple hill one person in waiting area they send me away I am beyond livid. We ALL KNOW I’d have waited in their office for over 20 minutes past my apt. I can only say they lost a pretty nice chunk of the days income sending money away! I don’t need your services but thx! 👋 I can see there’s a lot of issues with other people’s apt it’s clear poor front desk reception NEEDS REPLACING
Open @ 7:15 which was my appointment time. Opened doors @ 7:25 when they first got there. Person who I was seeing was also late & it was 7:35 when I was taken back. When I pointed out to receptionist she was late getting her as well as the person attending to me she told me to go sit down or she's calling the police. I never onced raised my voice or said anything Threatening to her.
Dallas was the best at doing my EMG test, and Dr Li was also great and explained everything very well
