WellSpan Medical Equipment offers terrible service in general. We were prescribed CPAP equipment back in 2020. I have received resupply equipment every 4 months. My wife to this date has never received any new equipment supplies. Even though this was a WellSpan Physican ordered therapy like mine. So today as I'm contacted by WellSpan for scheduling supplies for my CPAP equipment I am told my wife needs to go get a new prescription and do a new sleep study. My experience with horrible. I waited two months for a wheelchair and then to find out they don't deliver to my area. Keep in mind I'm disabled and don't drive so my insurance advisor picked it up and delivered it to me and customer service was so rude to her.
My husband started using CPAP 4 months ago and the service here has been great. Jasmine is prompt with responding and gives thorough instructions. The gentleman at the desk is always pleasant and quick to help with any questions or getting equipment.
People there don't do their job. It's been a month and my husband is still waiting for them to get Auth from our insurance Co. My advice forget these people and go to Dicks homecare.
impossible to pay. you have to call to pay with HSA, but they won't take it via automated with HSA, BUT HUMANS NEVER PICK UP. I went into collections because ruining my credit and being harassed by their collection agency was easier than trying to pay them. we've told them this and nothing changes. we've told wellspan, who just says it's a different entity altogether. 10+ years not defaulting on a single bill until these guys make you kill yourself just to pay. never getting a penny from me after this nightmare.
