It's not bad, this is my 3rd kid and the people here are very nice and helpful.
I’ve been here a few times and they are great! I had one ultrasound tech that was a little rough, but the next time I went I got Amy and she is GREAT! She is kind, professional, considerate, and gentle. Ultrasounds can get uncomfortable and she was amazing. I request her when making my appointments! Dr. Smith is also great. If he has even a suspicion that something is off or not right he is very upfront. He’s been very kind and professional as well. While nothing is wrong with the services provided, the charges and customer service for Wellspan Maternal Fetal Medicine is awful. They take advantage of being connected to the hospital and charge hospital prices for everything. A growth scan ultrasound ended up costs $1,5000 (in network with good insurance). After switching to UPMC a week 30 ultrasound cost only $170. Wellspan MFM also charged for two ultrasounds because they used two different ultrasound heads during the same procedure.
