Signed in, waited 40 minutes while everyone else was seen, asked staff how long it will be. Was told I should have asked sooner, that the kiosk had issues (no one else had issues), and was asked where I had been sitting because they didn't see me by myself for 40 minutes 10 feet away while staff was chitchatting. Then when I brought it up, they wouldn't put me at or near the front of the line of walk ins. Try to get your work done at Quest instead.
After having lab results sent to the lab here at the hospital. They somehow managed to contaminate BOTH cultures they took and thus wasting my time. As such they were unusable in determining an infection. How does a lab screw up sterile technique this badly?
Super fast and efficient. Much more friendly than WellSpan hospital lab.
