Made an appointment, checked in yet multiple walk ins were seen and my appointment time was ignored. Why bother making appointments, arriving early and having a TV screen with a chart listing names of everyone checking in and whether they were a walk in or someone who scheduled an appointment before hand. It shows when people check in so it's awful to be sitting here waiting twenty plus minutes past my appointment and continually watching walk ins who came in only a minute or three before me.
The wonderful woman who does my blood work is excellent she knows I dont like needles and I never feel it
This place should get zero stars as the employees here are truly incompetent.
