Rude nurse I suffer from anxiety she saw me fidgeting and told me loudly to relax lady that's not how anxiety works extremely disrespectful
I always have such a great experience at this lab location. Bonita, is just the best! She is so friendly, knowledgeable.. and she is so good at what she does. I will not go elsewhere, and would drive far to just go here, especially with Bonita! Thank you.
The staff were very kind. However,I was extremely disappointed that there was no receptionist. Further, there is no payment there so you have no idea how much it will cost. They already have your insurance information so there's no reason why they can't tell you how much beforehand. This may or may not be due to them, but I was supposed to have something comprehensive but they only tested one thing. They should be very clear as to exactly what they're testing.
Went this afternoon around 2:30 there were 2 people on the board in front of me. Someone came about 10 minutes after my arrival and took 1 person then 20 minutes later came for the next and was in the back for an excessive time. I was next in line and based upon how long it took to take 2 people and not even have the second person done, I left assuming I would be spending another half hour there which was very frustrating to leave without getting my labs done, so now I have to go to my normal lab, luckily they seem to have e... read more
Crystal is phenomenal. I'm a terrible stick and I'm often leaving the lab with at least 4 or more bruised failed attempts. One stick. No digging. No jiggling lines. In and out quickly. 10/10
