Had an experience Thursday with my 96 yr old grandma..She had a Tech named Ruth, who could not draw her blood thru the correct vein and hurt her in Both Arms until someone else finally came in and did the blood draw for her upcoming appt with her family Dr appt...Not sure how she got her certification and communication was difficult as we could not understand her accent either. It was not a good experience this time and needs to be addressed so others dont have this uncomfortable experience
Nice lab. I’m a fainter so the phlebotomists always put me in a recliner chair and treat me with care. Also open later, which is a plus.
I was in the waiting room to get my labs done. A person in the waiting room came up to the lady at the receptionist desk to ask about her orders and receptionist was yelling back and forth with the lady at the check-in for labs. She was yelling her orders and last name. There is a HIPAA law!! The receptionist was confused on the the patient was waiting for. It was so unprofessional.
