New to practice. Dr Loretan was nice, informed care, let me know what to expect & the next steps. Took the time to listen and approached my care appropriately. Missy in Referral/Prior Auth is AMAZING! All staff were warm & caring, & exceeded my expectations. Grateful to have them so close.
