I went to the emergency department for chrohns issues. Severe Stomach Cramping, Nausea, and diarrhea. To my utter astonishment, I didn't receive a single test, or even an IV. They gave me 2 nausea pills (Zofran) which I'm already prescribed and had already taken before going. Within 45 minutes I was back out in my car feeling worse. The next time I'm sick, I'll force myself to drive the extra 2 hours to Hershey Medical Center than drive 10 minutes to this disaster of a hospital. Don't waste your time.
Excellent experience at wellspan hospital. Friendly and professional care by all involved with my sister. I would highly recommend the hospital.

Screen time over checking on patients...go somewhere else.
you have decided to treat medical care as a business, turning patients into customers, and you have decided to provide poor customer service. forcing multimpe rounds of ID checks, forcing "customers" to do the work of receptionists themselves(without passing the savings on to us) and forcing people to go through diagnostics and lab work without even the privacy of a curtain between patients. i despise you and hate that my insurance chose tou as my provider.
