Only thing good about this place is dr berstine. Dr bernstine went above and beyond his required duties in helping me get my mental health and life on track. The company however is unorganized and is to focused on profits to care about their patients, after 15 years of using them it is time to move on and find a new place. I am going to miss seeing dr b for sure tho.
Dr. B is an amazing psych doctor. He listens to his patients and works with them to help them achieve their best.
Always behind and if you are a little late they cancel you appointment.
Late EVERY SINGLE TIME. 2 hours behind yesterday, and that was because the boy in front of us left from waiting so long. Then again, you show up 5 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment. How can educated people lack so much empathy for others? If you try to be the 1st in, doesnt matter. He will roll in when he feels like it. A blatant disregard for others shows a lack of respect for others.
They lose paper work, the wait time is ridiculous and no can seem to get their heads out their ass
