I have been with Wellspan Health since 2007. At one point my insurance changed and they didn't take my new insurance. I was so disappointed and unhappy with my new doctors. Finally got back to an insurance they took and they picked up with my care where we left off. I've always felt listened to and loved my care at Wellspan Health. The doctors and staff are very caring and have a great bedside manner. Very clean and comfortable setting. They go above an beyond accommodating my needs.
Very clean
I went for an interview fire the contact center over an hour from my house... which they knew. They had me in an interview for TWO HOURS including job shadowing... the biggest 4 hours round trip of my life! Then I was told at END of interview their on a hiring freeze. Okay?? Why hire then and waste my time! I tried reaching out at the 2 week mark and NOBODY bothered to answer me about the progress. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!
Awesome staff! Super helpful. Quick and easy blood work probably the best experience I've had. Big thanks to Kendra who was able to find my vein on the first try which is very rare. Awesome personality! Friendly staff.
