Incompetent. Was having dizzy spells and ear pain. 2 different doctors after looking in my ear could not tell a piece of my hearing aid had dislodged in ear canal. Audiologist has made one mistake after another resulting in further nerve damage. Recently phoned to ask about a routine test....NOBODY Could answer my questions. Wasted 45 minutes being treated like a ping pong ball until finally a supervisor helped. Test $900 more than Lancaster General.
