We really appreciated how friendly the staff was. They got us back quick and were very compassionate and warm. Very informative also and ready to answer questions. Thank you all who helped us!!!
Over all experience is a one!!! Why I understand the need for hospital security Wellspan Hospital needs to improve!!! Everyone is to get a badge before doing anything including using the restrooms! Thank God for the very nice security man who showed my husband the restrooms and waited for him!!! Place absolutely blows in the emergency room for 5 hours just to do an ultrasound and they have to “wait an hour to read the results” place is a joke
Staff are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Most were to busy laughing and cutting up to actually do their jobs. Definitely not impressed at all.
