I visited this ER at about 10pm in Dec 2025 after finding urgent care had closed for the night. I sought treatment for relentless chest pain and a high blood pressure reading. They put in an IV, did an EKG, chest X-ray, and took blood. I was there for 2 hours and left w/a clean bill of health. Three weeks later I received a bill for $11,287. After insurance my portion was $4,872 and there was nothing I could do about it. How's this legal? This place is a joke. Went by ambulance for neurological type episode. Dr. Michael Diapoli didn’t even examine me beyond touching my feet. My records indicate that I denied any further testing, including a CT scan, but these things were not offered to me. I was told my vitals were normal and there was nothing they could do other than some repeat routine labs. He did not check my lungs, listen to my heart, look at my eyes, examine my abdomen, nothing. Every time I’ve had to use this emergency room I’ve been treated by caring nurses, doctors and other various staff members. They really show a depth of caring for all patients. Today I went in with a hacking cough that would not go away. Within a short period of time I was seen, examined and diagnosed. After two weeks of suffering I’m already on the mend with correct medication and thankfully a caring doctor who listened to me.

Been sitting in a room for hours. Tests had to be sent out. Routine. Wait. Wait. Wait. Rude staff. I guess u can't get accurate fast results on Saturday.

We don't visit the ER often but when we do we regret it. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room 3+ hours before getting called back. Nursing staff can be rude, especially at the front desk when checking in. Most ER doctors we've seen over the years are knowledgeable and easy to work with, but Dr. Wasserman is non-empathetic and sarcastic. His attitude toward patients is remarkably condescending. Whether we take a child, adult, or senior into this ER we leave feeling like it was a waste of time and money.
