Dr. Fannin is a wonderful practitioner. I’ve had her as my GP since I moved to Lancaster and she’s been nothing but great. Very understanding, compassionate, and direct. I appreciate all of those qualities in a doctor. Her staff are also amazing, they are very on top of contacting me when they need to and processing paperwork. I did have one issue with paperwork and when it was brought to their attention it was dealt with quickly. 5 stars for everyone

My adult daughter had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Ryan along with an appointment for her newborn son. It was unclear what the start time was however the wellspan portal for my daughter stated the appointment arrival time was 1:30 PM. We arrived at 1:20PM and were told that her son's appointment was scheduled at 1:00PM and so the appointments were canceled.
