Costumer service is terrible!! On the phone and in person. I can tell that they don’t care about new patients. This visit was a complete waste of time and energy. Save your time and go elsewhere where

I bring my children (3 and 1) to the WellSpan Pediatric office in Rothsville but I took them to this location today for their flu shots. It was an amazing experience. The 2 receptionists were so kind and helped me print the immunization report for daycare and showed interest in my kids. The nurse that gave the vaccine was also so kind and caring towards my kids. Very clean too!
Their AI answering service is absolute garbage. If you want to talk to a real person, plan on waiting at least 10 minutes every time. That being said, once you do talk to a real person, they are always very polite and helpful.
Dr. Irwin is my favorite doctor - he makes me feel comfortable and safe and I've never had any issues for care with him! The nurses are very kind and understanding as well :)
