I have visited this facility 3 times over the past 8 month. I have been extremely satisfied with the care and treatment that I have received all 3 times and will continue to go to them for care. Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. I appreciate you all and the hard work that you do.
Staff is rude
I was the driver for a friend who had to get a procedure done that required a driver be there. While there, an emergency came up that I had to take care of just up the road that took maybe 10 min tops. I was told in not allowed to leave or they wouldn't take my friend for his procedure, so a kind lady offered to be his driver in my stead. They refused. I asked for a supervisor, there wasn't one in.
