Outstanding experience from start to finish. I have no complaints whatsoever. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Miller along with his nursing staff did an exceptional job with my surgery. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to return home the same day without any complications.
I just called into the office (twice) re: my tinnitus . It’s been going on for a week. It is debilitating. I have a dx from a neurologist. I was told both times that I’d need an audiogram. However, they didn’t have an audiogram machine. They were getting one in October. It was suggested I go to an audiologist for an audiogram. I’m not sure what it takes to warrant attention for medical needs. Everyone is sorry they can’t help me. I wish I would have read reviews before I went. I have had ear popping, a fever and a sore throat on and off for 8 months now. The first appointment she was trying to tell me it was acid reflex and allergies. I did the medicine and it actually made everything worse. I called to see if they had recommendations as to what I could do to help. The lady at the desk said I could come in for another check because they had an opening the next day. Dr. Othieno is one of the friendliest, easy to talk to doctors that I’ve ever met. She found a combination of meds that significantly decreased some symptoms I’ve been experiencing for 5-6 years. Highly recommend her!
