I was referred by my PCP due to ongoing symptoms. I saw Dr. Miller and had a nasal endoscopy which he explained to me before he did it. Afterwards, he told me I did not have a sinus issue, that he thought it was a problem with my lungs and he was right.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. I have no complaints whatsoever. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Miller along with his nursing staff did an exceptional job with my surgery. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to return home the same day without any complications.
I just called into the office (twice) re: my tinnitus . It’s been going on for a week. It is debilitating. I have a dx from a neurologist. I was told both times that I’d need an audiogram. However, they didn’t have an audiogram machine. They were getting one in October. It was suggested I go to an audiologist for an audiogram. I’m not sure what it takes to warrant attention for medical needs. Everyone is sorry they can’t help me.
