I have had nothing but great experiences here with the staff and doctors.
Their policies and communication are absolutely the worst I have ever seen! I had 2 back to back appointments and got stuck behind and accident making me late for the first one. This in turn made me FIVE MINUTES late for the second one. They CLAIM to have a TEN MINUTE cancellation policy. I called and notified them, at which point they could have told me this BS policy which is no way customer centric. Had I known being 5 minutes late to the second appointment would have caused them to cancel an appointment I waited over a m... read more

I have always had a good experience with this ENT. Dr. Yoder did my daughter's ear tubes. All follow ups have been a breeze.
