Dr. Adler is great, staff is great, communication is terrible. I left a message over a month ago to put me back on a former med. I got no response. I waited on hold for 3 hours plus and no answer. I contacted my pharmacy for help. They have an option (#6 I believe) to get through. The pharmacy said they couldn't help (special pharmacy option 6, remember?). The portal is a joke. I went to this Dr to manage my diabetes and thyroid problems and list many pounds on the drug he prescribed for me. He was communicative and detailed.
Julie is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate and personable. I'm so very happy to have her helping in the management of my health!
