I receive Prolia shots every 6 months which always in the past required pre lab work. I have seen 4 different physicians the past 2 years, not what I wanted. Last time the staff gave me a speech about my bloodwork results from 6 month prior not recognizing my new results from 5 days prior which were greatly improved. My husband was referred there a Dr ordered a MRI and their office (Wellspan) gave use the “run around “ because insurance advised us to use Adams County Diagnostic Center because we would save on out to of pocket expense. finally after a week of office telling us we could not use Adams County Diagnosis Center we scheduled MRI. Health Insurance Said we needed more information from the Dr NOT clinical staff. Dr didn’t provide additional information the clinical staff sent the chart information which insurance already had.
