I went in with the worst pain possible for a tooth emergency and Dr Brown and his assistant were wonderful , I am definitely thinking of becoming a full time patient there! I was so relieved when he said he was able to extract the tooth that was causing me so much pain!. Thank you Dr Brown.
The dentist extracted the wrong back tooth, even when I explained him 3 times, about the one tooth to be extracted!
Nice facility and the dental staff (doctors and hygienists) are good. However, it is impossible to get appointments. They only will book 30 days out and when you call they are always full. Their on line system does not work or allow you to schedule. Literally the minimum time I have had to wait on hold is 25 mins. I've been trying to book an appointment for over 4 months, apparently you must have no other obligations or a job so you can be free to call first thing in the morning, every morning until you get an appointment. Had a broken tooth with infection. Cheeck was swollen bad. Dentist pulled my tooth with no issue. Her and her assistant was very nice professional kept me inform on what was going on. They kept me relaxed the whole time. I was a walk in and waited lil over a hr no biggie for great service. Wish could give more then 5 stars
The entire staff uses Chat GPT on every email and document. Wouldnt trust them to pull a tooth no matter how bad it hurts.
