If I could leave 0 stars I would. My son was in for his appointment 8/3/2026. Family first calls me today 8/7/2026 to inform me that the instruments they used at his appointment possibly weren't sterilized and I should call his dr to get him tested and evaluated. I was a dental assistant and orthodontist assistant and never have heard of such unprofessionalism. If they weren't sure the instruments were sterilized they should have never used them. Mad is an understatement.
Wonderful experience for a dentist lol I have a lot of work to do and it’s been perfect so far..very fast..and they do sliding scale payments. Dr Norcross has been amazing:) she’s very sweet and exactly what I want in a dentist. Thank you:)!
My dentist was honest, kind, and professional. I had a great experience and highly recommend their office.
