Everyone who actually treats teeth here — dentists, hygienists, assistants — is excellent: skilled, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the management and scheduling system completely ruin the experience. Their rules make no sense for patients: they will only schedule appointments within 30 days and only allow one appointment at a time. Major tooth pain last night. Didn't sleep at all. Went to Family First Dental. It does take a while since I was a walk in, to do paperwork. Once inside the staff soon took care of me. I wanted to o have the tooth pulled but wasn't sure what they would say Sure enough, he said they could o never loved novacaine more. A few short minutes and Dr. Brown had that tooth out Thank you to everyone on staff for their politeness and kindness. I'm going to try to get on their schedule for regular work.
Took my son down to have a molar extracted. We had to finish the paper work in the back. They came out to take my son back before we even sat down in the chair. Everybody from the front desk to the dental crew couldn't have been any nicer to us. I give everyone there a big number 1 for all there kindness and care. We will never go to any other dentist again.
Dr. Brown and Emory were the absolute best! I have so much anxiety when it comes to dentists but they made me feel calm and heard. When it came to the extraction, they made sure I wasn't in any pain and told me what noises I was about to hear and what they meant. 10/10 recommend!!
Killdeer was amazing at assisting with the new system change he got us schedule quickly and efficiently! 5/5 customer service!
