Really good experience, they took their time, did a lot of explaining and gave recommendations. Office was clean, everyone was kind. I didn’t feel rushed, or like a number. Time was taken and it felt personable.
These people not only gave my elderly father incorrect information that nearly killed him, they did so while being completely rude and uncaring. Doctor couldn't be bothered, lectured my elderly mother who was with him at the time, and was extremely poor. Stay away. Travel to York or UPMC Shippensburg.
Never had any issues. Great communication and always respectful to the patient. I've been going here for over 4 years and have no complaints. The hospital is terrible, but these Doctors/Nurses/Staff are not.
Would give 5 stars but the practice manager is not friendly and makes you never want to go back again!!!!
