Secretary is very unprofessional. I was not told information I needed, then the person on the phone got an attitude with me when I said they failed to tell me the info all 4 times I was on the phone. I was told I need a covid test 5 days before the procedure. I had at least 4 phone calls with the office prior to these 5 days, and was still only told I need a covid test but not where to get one, so I assumed I could go to CVS.
