The staff behind the desk when you check in are absolutely awful. Terribly rude, inconsiderate, and ignorant. Will never be going here again.
Huge disappointment. The VA sent me to this doctor for digestive issues. I waited 4+ months for this appointment. The doctor didn't listen to me. He cut me off by loudly talking over me before I could complete a sentence. A doctor cannot heal a patient if they do not listen to the patient. Rather than diagnose and treat the route cause he pushed medication and dietary changes which I have tried in the past. I wish to compliment Ms. Erika Reindollar CRNP for her competence, thoroughness, and decency during my recent appointment with her. Having just experienced the opposite at UPMC Hanover Gastro - where gross incompetence and apathy reign supreme - it was a breath of fresh air to meet with someone who actually seemed to care and paid attention to the things I told her; the contrast could not possibly be more stark.
