Super nice place. They take great care of my grandmother! Nurse is funny and very helpful. Doctor cares and always finds ways to help.
I was greeted by a friendly face. I was processed quickly and when I left the person that registered me, wishes me a good day. Awesome customer service.
I really really like my doctor here and the other 2 physicians I've seen are great. However, the scheduling and check in staff come off as rude sometimes. I also don't know why there's so many steps to check in - a text message with a link, a tablet kiosk, and still even if you do one of those methods of check in, you have to go see a clerk at the front. What's the point of the online check-in or the kiosk if you're just going to make me come to the counter anyways? And she was condescending about it when she called me up. I... read more
