This was maybe the best hospital I have ever been to. I brought my friend in for an outpatient procedure and all the staff from the front desk, security guards, wait room staff/volunteer, nurses and doctors were so professional, kind, organized, and thorough. They all went over and above not only to have a successful procedure, but to make you feel comfortable and informed. Doctor who performed surgery took extra care to explain procedure and follow up afterwards.

I have never had a bad experience here at all but I have now. @Dr. Prince, your bedside manner sucks. You are arrogant and doctors like you are the exact reason people will leave and go home and use again that are substance abusers. They do not need coddled, they do not need babied, but encouragement goes a long way. So does judgement and the way you speak to people. Sat in the emergency room 6 hours before we were taken back to a bed in the hallway.Spent another 2 to 3 hours for test results. I realize we weren't priority and it was extremely busy but that was ridiculous.Nurses and Dr were extremely friendly and professional
