horrible customer service, scheduled appoint and then did not accept me for appointment over a referral, they made me drive 54 miles to say need referral. Stated there was no way to make me pay after appointment.

This is the place where Wellspan pampers its managers...you'll wait forever to get a massage by someone who is burnt out trying to make profit for the hospital system....way overpriced at $85 for a relaxation massage....trust me, I worked there!!!
