The person who did my test was very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I checked in via the little machine so I didn't really interact with anyone else.
The woman at the front desk (currently with a wrapped wrist) was very rude, unhelpful and condescending. I was in yesterday and she was rude and I chalked it up to everyone has a bad day.. Then I called today and asked a simple question inquiring about wellspan portal use and she got loud with me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Why is she so grumpy and off putting? Everyone else was pleasant and easy to work with. I wouldn’t go there again just because of her.
