This little rehab center really has its act together! Everyone is super nice and professional. They are laid-back but also methodical. I was hesitant to go at all because I was worried that they would be pushing me to do things I couldn't do even before my surgery, but it was not like that at all. Ultimately, I did not continue, but it was because they gave me the motivation to check with my surgeon to see whether I could go back to water aerobics yet, and I couldn't afford to drive back and forth to both places.
