This clinic is very strange. My son is registered here for his check-ups, but it has been nearly four months and I still haven’t been able to get an appointment for him. Even when an appointment is scheduled, they call one or two days in advance to say that the doctor is unavailable and cancel it. I have tried at three different locations of this clinic and called multiple branches in an effort to arrange my child’s monthly check-up, but I have still not been successful. Dr Nwanneka horrible dr bad attitude and had as wait for 2 hours
I have valued the work this organization does for the community, but my experience with staff member Marie Gamez was very disappointing. In my interactions, her communication comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming to people of less fortune. When people come to this organization, they are often in need of support and basic kindness. My experience did not reflect that standard. I hope management takes client service seriously and reviews how clients are treated, because the community deserves professionalism and respect.
Just the worst. Behavior health does not care at all. They always reschedule appointments. They mess up on appointments as well. Was suppose to get a mobile visit but instead they rescheduled for an in person visit. It’s one thing after another there.
