Awful, would never come back and would encourage everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs. They will lie to you, they will mistreat you, they will make you wait over an hour in the waiting room only to give you a doctor who will not care about you or your problems.
Your health care team is great, however I can never get through to speak to someone on the phone. I've waited 30min to an hour and just gave up. I use the call back service but I usually miss your call. So if you could work on the telephone response you would be full stars! Thanks
This office is quite different from the other Wellspace offices. It is clean and organized and the staff treats you with respect. This is one of the last offices that still excepts MedICal.
I've been trying to get my daughter a apt here because thats the insurance I have, and both phone #'s you get put on hold. The call back feture is not working when you press 1 to have a agent call you back. This is the loop hole in medicare for poor people. This is what we have to deal with!! OMG
I have been waiting all month for this new dr. Carolyn Lie to fill out my practitioners certificate to receive my benefits. She did not fiill out how much longer i will be off of work. I am now being evicted from my apartment. Is dr. Lie going to help me find a new place to live.? I think not. I have been given the run around. No wonder some people click and shoot up facilities.I in turn will seek legal help. County of sacramento sucks!!!
I visited this office for the first time lay week. My insurance had changed and I want looking forward to this first visit. The staff and doctors were very helpful in getting my referrals sent and approved fast.
Never again going to this place. Waited 4 hours as a walk in new patient and get told I will not be seen. I would give this place a zero if I could.
Was really crowded. Took a really long time. Had a ton of paperwork wasn't too happy. Then taken back to the smaller room and waited even longer. During this whole time I had to run out to refill the meter which was expensive in downtown!
I left a message everyday for two weeks. I tried emailing them. I even tried leaving a message on the Spanish side. Only response came after another location instant messaged them to contact me. At which point it was nothing but lies and excuses as to why. My advise is to find a more reliable location.
