I've been going to Well Space for quite a while and I find that they're professional, well trained, caring, they take time to diagnose you properly and are very patient.
WellSpace is NOT a well space. I’ve been thru hell with a dear friend of mine who is disabled and experienced with her first hand the neglect and procrastination she’s received in her much needed medical treatments, referrals and appointments. It’s abhorrent the way they treat people with such negligence and so dismissively. No excuse except that they don’t care. 13 weeks pregnant was denied my asthma inhaler I've had my entire life and was told I need to make an appointment before I get more refills so I did and have to wait a month I asked for a refill while I wait as I can't go without and was told (over the phone) my breathing sounded fine and to just call an ambulance and make a appointment and they couldn't understand how someone needs 2 inhalers a month. which they are a 16 day supply. and was hung up on.
I have had a broken shoulder, arm an they have not sent me too ortho referrals take 3-5 days hosp. said urgent still no doc. they are horrible I would never recommend or take my dog to them
