The worse place ever don’t waste your time , no answering the phone ,late appointment,front desk and staff not knowledgeable, they don’t know how send a fax or paper lab work and X-ray.i never go again
I have tried to be seen for over a month. I need my disability paperwork signed and someone to approve my request for antidepressants. Every time I try to schedule with them, the doctors either don't show up or they cancel on me. And one of their stupid employees was rude as hell me before over a scheduling mix up. You guys are a joke and you don't really care about your patients. You only care about money and you screw over the little guy just so you could get paid.

I with enormous pain and the doctor tells me you need radiogrades, then he sends the nurse to give me only one injection for the pain and he tells me to send me to another doctor so that he can evaluate me better. and they call me from the other doctor canceling the appointment. And here I am still in pain...
if you value your health you will not deal with these people. They are actually the employers of more call center employees than they are doctors. Recommendedvery nice staff lots paper
I am so frustrated and disgusted with this group and especially their call center. They are rude and unhelpful. My boyfriend was seen over 2 weeks ago and has a mass on his neck that is now making it hard for him to breathe and yet we still wait for the referral to go thru. We shouldn't have to risk getting coronavirus at the ER. This is ridiculous!!!
