they fed me & allowed me to crash for a night, which i am grateful for but my problems were never addressed. at 6pm i was told "we are here to support you with whatever you need" but then i just spent the night sobbing alone i dont see this as productive they told me they would help expedite my medical/GA but then didnt speak to me i am arguably in worse mental health after being ditched
Just called and was told there is no office here and the lady on the phone said the address that is on my car is incorrect and there is no office on h streeT so where is this location located at because on goggle it’s says 631 h street but the lady in the office said that’s not correct she didn’t give me the correct address I’m so pissed

I was referred to here by a peace officer back in 2022 when I was homeless. The employees here are very professional and also enforce regulations which is nice. 🤟
They need a lot of work, that's for sure. I'm thankful for what they do, but omg, wow, sometimes you are surprised that they are medical professionals. We are in 2024. So, you're ether crazy or not right, lol.
