DO NOT RENT HERE!! The water turns off every week and the elevators hardly work! The new management is TERRIBLE, especially the lady working at the office. I told her the water turns off every once a week and she replied with “No, it doesn’t” with an attitude, but does she live here? NO! The AUDACITY of that woman is crazy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
I've been been a long term resident here and the property is well maintained and managed with Laura and Sheila's oversight!
This place is disgusting. Dog pee and poop everywhere, including in the elevators, which are rarely cleaned. The “no smoking” policy is completely ignored — the halls reek, and cigarette smoke seeps into your apartment, making it miserable. Packages constantly get stolen, the water gets shut off with no warning, and during a months-long parking lot project, we were forced to park across Colorado Blvd — no compensation.
