Very disappointed. I transferred from another unit here after being in the property a year and having no issues or had small issues that were resolved quickly. New management, I transferred to a bigger unit and keep getting more frustrated. Any time I try going to the office during the first hour or last hour of “office hours” the office is always closed. I work almost the same hours so I even leave early to get to the office before closing to pay my rent with no luck. Communication has gone down. I don’t think I’ll be renew... read more
Parking sucks (pay monthly with no type of cameras in back in case of break-ins) The amenities they state they have aren't upgraded OR even available. (broken pool sticks for at least 6 months now) Poorly maintained for how badly they upcharged rent in the past 2 years. Also - POOR MAINTENANCE. Water is off, elevators aren't working, things break and aren't fixed properly. Constantly smells like CIGS and dog poop from balconies.
This is an excellent place to live, very close drive to almost anything you want to do. Coors Field, Ball Arena, and the Broncos stadium all close to 20 minutes away. The Denver campus is close by, so it’s good for students as well, additionally it’s a safe area thanks to the Campus. The floor plans are open and spacious, we were able to get a 3 piece couch set up the stairs. Don't waste your time, some days they work some days they don't and if u call they won't return your call, I called more than 3 and gave a 223.00 deposite and over a month waiting on communication... dont pay for anything upfront! I have been calling the office and even left a message saying I would pay the 300 bogus charge from Greystar just to move In because they approved me otherwise but no call back... Good Location. Easy to move. Interior wasn’t seen until move-in day. Couple damages and mechanical issues. Like the amenities. Happy to have a home. Parking is a little ridiculous.
