Not only are they pricey, (they have nice views) but they don't tell you about the package/mail theft, they don't tell you about the lack of physical security there is, the lack of admin prescence in the building is astonishing, the fact we have to wait very long for repairs, the fact that I got stuck 2ce in the elevator in less than a year.. Amazing views, area and price point. Management is super friendly and Autumn got us in super quick with no hassles. You guys are the best!
Update 3/2026 New management and leasing seem to be more responsive than previous. The units themselves are great, the property is older so just keep in mind for water shut offs occasionally (typically during office hours) I’m willing to up my review by a star as the regional manager was very helpful in resolving my previous concerns and new staff has been more responsive. I previously had given a not so great review but have been seeing improvements in communication and office staff is more present which makes a big differe... read more
