I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years and I've always had a great experience with these ladies! In the last year I decided to wear wigs full time so I can grow my color and my hair out and I'm so happy with my decision. I've never experienced such BAD and RUDE customer service. When I entered the store, I was told that the store closes in 10 minutes, allowing me 10 minutes to browse the store's wigs. Throughout the first 3-5 minutes of those 10 minutes, the owner of the store insinuated that I was an unwanted customer and that I leave the store immediately. 5 minutes prior to closure, she completely turned off all the lights in the store, coercing me to leave the store; one of the rudest customer service I've ever had experienced in a store... read more
