This is a great company that I'd highly recommend! My 83-year-old mother needed an exterminator, and I saw that Wells had a A+ rating. I called them and explained that she was having a minor insect problem, but that she wouldn't be comfortable until someone came, inspected and sprayed. The gentleman I spoke to told me about another older customer and what they could and couldn't do. He was sympathetic, kind and direct. My wife paid $176.14 to get rid of the small ants getting into the kitchen and camper. After the 1st treatment and 2 follow up treatments, ants are still present. Called back saying the ant problem is still here, they wanted another $45.00 to come out and treat again. My wife said the problem never went away but the gentleman she was talking to said the 30 days was up. She said that she would find someone else, since she already paid to have the problem taken care of and it never was, why would she want to spend another $45.... read more

In response to Mr ********'s ant problem we are unable to look at receipts or talk to the technician that treated the property because unfortunately he didn't leave his address. Occasionally there are various situations that may have affected the treatment such as weather, living conditions, wiping the chemical up while cleaning, etc. Wells Pest Control would have extended the treatment plan at no charge had he asked for a owner or manager.
