Upon 8 yrs at WSS, I have moved & want to express my feelings on living here. First of all, Delafield is a wonderful place to live. There are many places to visit or eat, such as shopping, dining, walking paths, music venues and so much more. The WSS apartments are perfectly located right in the center of the city, which makes it very convenient. I personally loved it and I am still missing it. The apartment buildings are so well run. Our experience from finding the right apartment to moving in and getting acclimated has been excellent. Moving isn’t easy no matter the circumstances, but Kim and Adriana were extremely accommodating and made the who process much easier. Couldn’t be more pleased with the apartment, the building and the building management. We certainly feel we made the right choice.
We had hoped moving to Wells Street Station from Chicago would be a breath of fresh air, but it was anything but that! Residents were clicky and it seemed to be one stop before assisted living.Staff while nice, seemed to take a hard company line on issues. It was a disappointment to say the least.
While I am legally bound not to share the details of our experience or departure from Wells Street Station, I can't with good conscience recommend this horrible community. Please find another place to live, don't rent here.
