Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless

I phoned the vet center to get an appointment for neutering. I was assured that if I came in that day for pre-screening that I would get an appointment for surgery on 28 Feb, however that the wait for today was between 1 to 1 and a half hours. I gave her my word that I'd be there and that waiting was OK with me. I came to the clinic and the desk clerk told me that the wait was over 3hrs and that I could not leave the premise. They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They are wonderful at WELLS RD ANIMAL HOSPITAL,Great followup care .
