Been with wells realty for one yr and I knew that two months in I wasn't going to sign another lease. Courtney wells is a slum lord. We were great tenants never once were we late on our rent and he still treated us unprofessionally. His staff wasn't very courteous or mannerly....when I had to call for maintenance for plumbing he sent someone that had no idea of how to fix it. The person they sent told us they were only there as a favor to Lori. Needless to say our yr is up and I'm moving out.... Thank god. Will never do busi... read more
Courtney Wells is not a good person-Wells Realty Chester -5 as well. Very bad experience. You come in and the staff roll plays like they concerned about your problems but your left feeling like a idiot for speaking out. Getting things fixed is a joke. They blame you if something breaks. Plan on your wife being treated badly & you. You better video tape the condition of the house in the beginning and make a copy of your deposit because, your in for a treat if you don't.
sad but true If a negative was able they would receive a - 5 . Courtney Wells sems to believe that it is okay to ask tenants to prostitute themselves in lew of rent . One of whom killed herself after doing so. Leaving husband with children to wonder why! In addition if a boy friend or fiancee asks to be added to a lease he suggests to the ladies to show their breasts and give kisses and hugs to get them signed on the lease. not to meantion all the other countless people he has taken advantage of over the years.
