My family has been giving wells norris in Jerseyville their business for over 65 years, and none of us will be returning! The lovely man up front, Don, is a terrible, womanizing person. I went in by myself, with hopes that my warranted tire could be fixed/replaced considering it was bought less than 6mos prior. He tried to charge me $50 for the tread on the tire that I had used. The 'salesman' recommended that I must have a front end alignment before he could put new tires on my vehicle. He said it wouldn't cost me anything to check it out. After about an hour and a half wait and approximately $200 later I was charged for an alignment, labor, and a $15 part. The part I was charged for was not put on and the vehicle was not aligned. I had to have new ball joints put on by my son in law and he showed me that there were no new parts or adjustments made. The place is under new management since Mike died... read more

I do not recommend going there... They quoted me a price on the phone I was told it was for six tires mounted, balanced and disposal of the old tires. When the tires got put on the price changed. When I questioned it the lady in charge got very rude with me and she was the one that quoted the price. She also did not dispose of the tires and stuck me with six old tires to get rid of. I loved these guys! I had a not so great day where I blew out 2 tired on my Jeep. These guys got me in quick & got them taken care of. The lady at the front desk was easy to talk to & made a not so great day better! They also weren't trying to just sell me on things that I didn't need. I came back a few day later for an alignment & gave me the same deal as if I had done it the same day I got my new tires. I will be going to them from now on!!
Extremely rude to my daughter. The gentleman I spoke with acted like he did not want our business, he had the personality of an angry badger. What has happened to customer service?
