I went to see Mr. Wells because of a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience as him. Mr. Wells completed my taxes at an incredible speed; in minutes! He even said my taxes were so simple that I should have done it with turbo tax for free! He then charged me $110. I wasn't too upset but it stung a little. 2 weeks go by I have not received my refund. I call the office they tell me it out of their hands. I made appointment with Wells Tax person on the phone, I showed up 20 minutes late3:00PM. My fault. The office was dark, no lights on, didn’t look like anyone was there prior anyway. SO, I made another appointment after several calls. Showed on time 10:00 AM ...No lights on and no body home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They don’t care for your effort taking a day off of work to go and get their help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
