Had an excellent experience with this company even though they were unable to fulfill my needs. The salesperson, Rodney Debusk, was generous with his time and provided valuable information to help me find the right manufacturer for my brand. I highly recommend them. It really helps with any manufacturer to have details on what you need before contacting them. Most factories are busy with fulfilling current orders and do not have time to handle calls from people who don't know what they need.

Horrible horrible sales team and customer service. They do not return calls, emails, inquiries. They act too busy and as if they do not need anymore work. I wonder if the CEO knows their senior sales team is turning down work? Unfortunately, this company makes it harder than it already is to get apparel made in the USA. Maybe one day they will be begging for work and realize they should not have treated potential customers the way they did.
