Stephen Boyd (senior VP) and David Chambers are inept. We've been on the telephone for hours attempting to get ahold of them to pay a commercial loan off and they have played games - not just today but during the entire loan process. I'll be reporting them to their higher-ups and will not stop until senior management knows of their poor customer relationship attitude.
